Getting Started
Simply click the "Sign In" button and authenticate with your Steam account. We use Steam's secure OAuth system, so we never see your Steam password.
Yes! We use Steam Guard authentication, 2FA protection, and all transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Your items and funds are always protected.
Currently, we support Dota 2 items exclusively. CS2 support is coming soon!
Trading & Items
Browse our market, add items to your cart, and checkout using your wallet balance or direct payment. Items are delivered instantly to your Steam inventory.
Steam implements trade holds for security. If you have Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled for 7+ days, there's no hold. Otherwise, trades are held for up to 15 days.
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement if the item hasn't been delivered yet. After delivery, our refund policy applies.
We charge a 5% platform fee on all sales. There are no fees for buyers.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and various regional payment methods through our secure payment processor .
Go to your wallet page and click "Add Funds". Select your amount and payment method. Funds are typically available instantly.
Yes, you can withdraw your wallet balance at any time. Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days.
Minimum deposit is $5. Minimum withdrawal is $10. Maximum limits depend on your account verification level.

Troubleshooting
First, refresh your Steam inventory. If the issue persists, check your trade history in Steam. Contact support if the trade shows as completed but you haven't received the item.
Don't worry! Failed payments are automatically refunded within 3-5 business days. Contact support with your transaction ID for faster resolution.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Make sure you're not using a VPN that might block Steam authentication.
Prices update in real-time based on market conditions. Try refreshing the page. You can also change your display currency in the header.
