Most items are delivered within 15-30 minutes after payment confirmation. Steam trade offers are sent automatically, and you'll receive an email notification when your trade is ready to accept.
Our commission rates vary by item rarity: Common items (4%), Rare items (5%), Immortal items (6%), and Arcana items (7%). Buyers pay the full listing price, and fees are deducted from seller proceeds.
Once an item is successfully delivered to your Steam account and you accept the trade, the transaction is final. Refunds are only provided for technical issues, non-delivery, or platform errors. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Go to your Wallet page and click "Withdraw". You can withdraw via bank transfer (2-5 business days). Minimum withdrawal is €10, and a €2.50 processing fee applies.
